How to book

Once your account is active you can make your class reservation 24/7 via our website, our Studio Pace app or the Mindbody app. Timetable schedule opens 14 days in advance, each day releases another day within the 14 day period.

You must reserve your spot for each class you wish to attend, as there are limited spots available.

You will be unable to book while your membership is suspended/on hold.

Waitlists

If you are unable to book a spot because the class is full, register yourself on the waitlist and when a spot becomes available, you will be notified via email (and/or sms if you have activated your notification) and automatically booked into the class up to 2hrs prior to the session commencing.

Please ensure you check your emails for your waitlist confirmation. Once you have been confirmed in the class from the waitlist, our 4 hour cancellation policy applies and the full cancellation fee will apply if cancelled within this time.

As a courtesy to other members, if you can no longer attend the class, please remove yourself from the waitlist.

It is your responsibility to check the waitlist status should you choose to register on the waitlist.

Timetable

Timetable schedule can be amended at any time. Studio Pace reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient attendance. Studio Pace will endeavour to inform you via email or sms if you are booked in a class subject to cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 4 hour cancellation policy for all classes.

If you cannot make your class, it is your responsibility to cancel at least 4 hours prior to the start time of your scheduled class. Failing to do so will incur a $5 late cancellation fee, $10 for a no show fee.

What to bring

Wear something you feel comfortable to move in and get a little sweaty. Socks are COMPULSORY at Studio Pace.

Good manners

1. Reformers are to be utilised as per your teacher’s direction.

2. Equipment must be sanitised after each use.

3. Out of consideration for the teacher and other clients, please don't be late. Please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, your spot may be given to a waitlisted or stand-by client and you may not be able to attend.

4. Pain, injuries or any pathologies that may affect your movement practice must be discussed with your teacher.

5. Any stage of Pregnancy must be communicated to your teacher.

6. Politeness and respect of others is expected. We focus on movement practice during class and casual conversations are to be avoided during practice. Feel free to engage in conversation with other members and/or your teacher before or after class.

Pregnancy

PRE-NATAL

If your pregnancy is uncomplicated and you feel good and well enough to exercise, you’re welcome to join any of our classes throughout your pregnancy. Our highly skilled teachers fully understand the guidelines around exercise during pregnancy. We have bolsters & pregnancy wedges to support you during class if you need and can always offer options and alternatives to accommodate your needs.

POST-NATAL

Generally, most women will be ready to start post-natal Pilates 6 weeks after giving birth, although this can vary for everyone depending on the type of birth and your exercise history prior and during your pregnancy.

Please inform your instructor of your history and be sure to get permission from your doctor when you are ready to get started.

Considerations

Please notify your teacher of any injuries or if you are pregnant prior to attending class and make sure you’ve been given the all clear from your doctor.

Let them know how you’re feeling on the day and if any doctors or specialists have given you specific advice.

We respect your privacy.
